Here are the recipes: From the Fridge To Your Face

Avocado Mask: Avocados balance hormone levels and keep dry aging skin soft and supple

1 avocado peeled and seeded
2 tsps extra virgin olive oil

Mash avocado and add olive oil. Apply to face. Leave on 10 min and rinse with warm water.

Strawberry Mask: Mildly astringent, strawberries rid the skin of dead cells and dirt

4-5 ripe strawberries
2 tsp heavy cream
1 tsp honey

Wash fruit and mash ingredients together. Apply to face 20-30 min and then rinse.

Egg Mask: Egg yolks are high in vitamin A and treat blemishes

Simply apply one raw egg yolk to face and neck for 30 min and rinse off in cool water.
